AN OVERVIEW OF TRINITY LODGE

Trinity Lodge is a beautiful double-fronted Georgian villa on the edge of the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds in the charming market town of Louth. Built in the 1820s, our semi-detached property has 4 spacious bedrooms, including a stunning office room with French doors and balcony overlooking the town.

The interior of is ‘modern heritage’, decorated in a muted colour palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. With two large reception rooms featuring working fireplaces and many of our rooms have 3.5m high ceilings, adding a grand and spacious feel to the property.

There are a couple of rooms which have lower/quirky ceiling heights, but this adds an element of charm. It has many beautiful period features, including floor-to-ceiling windows, feature fireplaces, ceiling roses, and cast-iron radiators.

The front of the house is south-facing and gets the sun all day, while the back is north-west facing, with sunshine from 1 pm until the sunsets.
Our walled back garden offers beautiful sunsets and views across the town.
